I'm really, really late to the party on this but...

I just finished the first two books in the Sookie Stackhouse series and now I've been catching up on True Blood....and I am hooked.

It's like my birthday every time I get a new book or watch an episode I haven't seen. It's like cake. Really, really good cake that you never want to finish because you want it to last forever.

I like the books more than I like the show, but I still love them both to little itty bits and pieces. I'm sad I hadn't decided to get into this sooner, but thank you internets for inspiring me to look into this.

I'm going to buy the next couple books and take them with me on vacation next week, so I will be thoroughly entertained while camping. ♥

I just got in to my first serious accident ever. And all I have to show for it is a fucked up arm, a few bruises and airbag burn. Thank God.

I was coming off an exit onto the highway when my tire blew out. I lost control and ended up on the median near the exit on the other side. I somehow went directly across the other side of the highway and managed to stop on the median without hitting anything but the ground. Which set my airbag off and completely destroyed the underside of the front of my car. AJ was with me, and aside from airbag burn and a busted lip, he was also fine.

I'm still shocked I had the luck to go across at a time when no cars were coming. Holy shit.

Someone somewhere must like me.

I feel like I'm going to vomit and I don't know why.
